Friday 23rd September, 5.45pm
1. Llandysul historical guided walk
Fairly Easy.
Meet: Llandysul car park. Some hills but plenty of stops to catch your breath. Finish at the Porth Hotel for refreshments or supper (book directly with the Porth for a meal 01559 362202). About 1.5 hours.

Saturday 24th September
2. From Penboyr to Pontwelly across Llangeler and the Teifi river
8 miles. Easy / Moderate
9.30am Meet at Llandysul car park (SA44 4QS or ///commuting.yachting.soulful) for minibus transport to the start. No dogs on bus.
Or 10am if bringing a dog, meet at St Llawddog Church, Penboyr (SA44 5JE or ///violin.habits.sunk). Arrange private transport back to your car as this is a linear walk. 8 miles, easy walking underfoot, but some hills up and down. Several grassy fields, some pretty, winding woodland paths, and some back lanes. Sturdy comfortable boots, towel in case of paddling through the Teifi river. Bring a picnic lunch. Optional stop off at The Half Moon for a pint before returning to Llandysul car park.

3. Pontsian to Bwlch-y-fadfa
Circuit of approximately 6.5 miles. Moderate
10am meet at Neuadd D H Evans Pontsian Hall.
Some climbing here, there and some wet land. A walk through the medium of Welsh (suitable for learners of all abilities). Bring food and drink as we will stop for a picinic.

4. Pencoed y Foel Walk
5 miles. Easy / moderate.
10am Meet at Llandysul car park (SA44 4QS or ///commuting.yachting.soulful). A circular walk to the summit of Pencoed y Foel and stand within the Iron Age Enclosure. Spectacular views of Llandysul. Sorry no dogs as we are crossing private farmland with livestock. Contact Tom Cowcher 01559 363200. .

5. Children's Pumpkin Pick Trail
An Autumn short walk for children and adults, with pumpkins and colourful fallen leaves. Meet at The Porth "Pumpkin Patch" 10am on Sunday 25th of September. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Dogs on leads welcome.

6. Horeb Walk
9 miles. Moderate.
10am. Meet at Llandysul car park at 10am for transport to start.
Walking paths from Gilfach Chwith and crossing Nant Iago towards Cwmtywarch, then on towards Allt Cwmhyar before dropping back to Cwm Tysul returning on the road from Gorrig to Llandysul. No dogs.

7. Dre-fach Felindre Walk
6 miles, Moderate
This will be an approximately 6 mile round walk including the villages of Drefelin, Penboyr and Cwmpengraig. It will be largely off road on lesser used footpaths and of moderate difficulty with some steep steep bits. Dogs are welcome, but there is one stile which could be a problem for some dogs.
