Heart of the Teifi Valley
Welcome to Llandysul and Pont-Tyweli
Llandysul is the most southerly town in Ceredigion, with the river Teifi forming it’s southern border. On the opposite bank, Pont-Tyweli is one Carmarthenshire’s most northerly villages. Although the county boundary separates these two settlements, the River Teifi is also what joins them as one community.
Llandysul and Pont-Tyweli are at the heart of the Teifi Valley, famous for fishing, water sports, and for walking. Llandysul and Pont-Tyweli achieved Walkers are Welcome status in 2009. There are hotels, B&Bs and self catering cottages in and around Llandysul. We are within an easy drive to the beaches of Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and Carmarthenshire. This is a great spot to explore West Wales.

Volunteering
If you have free time and want to become an integral part of the community, there are plenty of opportunities to volunteer to help with anything from the annual carnival to stewarding at events, to driving the community bus.
