Learn About Yourself And Build Confidence Through This

1 Day Introductory Body Language Course

Wednesday 21 October 2015 at Power House Arts Centre

10-1 lunch 2-5.  FREE.

Body Language is a significant aspect of modern communications and relationships. In this three-part course you will learn how to read body language signs and gestures - non-verbal communications.

In these easy and fun workshops, you will learn how to read the unconscious cues that we all send and receive. You will be amazed to discover that we are saying so much more about ourselves than we realise, or perhaps would even want to.

Once you understand the signals you are sending, you can start to be in control of how you are seen, and how people see you. You can improve your skills in reading other people's body language and understanding what they are really saying:

We will look at:

• how you can use body language to increase your personal impact

• increasing your presence and strengthen your command over your listeners

• how to use body language to build rapport with others

• how to read and interpret other people's signals

• how to apply body language to help control tension and conflict

• how your own body language reveals your feelings and meanings to others

• how other people's body language reveals their feelings and meanings to you.

You will never look at yourself or anyone else the same again!

Numbers are limited so please book your place by email:
