Then why not join this friendly Local History Society
Meetings take place on the last Wednesday of each month at 7.15pm in Tysul Hall Llandysul (except July, August and December). Membership is £11 and £9. Visitors: £2. Correct as of January 2012.
Our exhibition "Open all Hours" is open to the public and it shows the history of some of the shops and businesses in Llandysul and Pont-Tyweli between 1860 and the 1970s.
This exhibition will remain in place at the Library (1st Floor) for some time.

Visit the Society's Local History Exhibition at Canolfan Llandysul (1st floor), open during Library Opening hours.
Aims of the Society:
- Research, record and preserve information and artefacts relating to Llandysul and surrounding area
- Encourage awareness and preservation of the buildings in Llandysul and surrounding area
- Raise awareness of importance of preserving local records and artefacts
- Make research materials available to the public.
