Movement Group at Penpynfarch with Eeva-Maria Mutka and Andy Paget

Initially 4 Wednesday evenings fortnightly Oct 19th, Nov 2nd, Nov 16th, Nov 30th   and on-going in the New Year,

6-8pm

This new project aims to bring people together and make dances out of the ordinary body and the things that move it.

Inspired in part by Rudolf Laban’s idea of Movement Choirs, the group is open to everyone who feels the urge to move and connect with others. We will work with practices that develop natural movement and that connect us to the sensing body and to the individual spirit within.

We’ll explore the beauty hidden in ordinary gestures and interactions, the power of moving together as a group. The group will create space for people to explore their unique way of moving and to discover their personal dance.

Cost: £8-£6 on a sliding scale, per session.

Open to All.
