Fitness Suite has more than 12 stations including the latest cardiovascular
and resistance machines, supervised by qualified instructors to help
you gain the maximum benefits from a comprehensive fitness training programme.
Your First Step
All users must first complete an Induction
Course which deals with:
Instruction on use of equipment
Medical Screening
General Fitness Assessment
Advice on Safety and Warm up
Suitable training programme.
