The Royal British Legion women’s section was formed in 1921 – its task was to safeguard the interest of widows and families of ex-servicemen and women and to augment and widen the activities of the legion.

Your local branch get togethers are held in the Bowling Pavilion– the 2nd Wednesday of every Month at 2pm. We currently have a thriving branch, with guest speakers, activities, trips and social events.

Why not give us a try, you will be guaranteed a very warn welcome with a nice cup of tea, biscuits and a raffle. What better way to spend an afternoon.
